MASQUE PRODUCTIONS is an Amateur Theatre group based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England, performing Musical stage shows at the Mansfield Palace Theatre and other local venues throughout the area.

MASQUE Productions was formed from the ashes of MASQUE Players, which was established by Leslie Orton back in the 60's. Due to illness the company folded in the autumn of 1971 but because of peoples enthusiasm the company was reformed and started to use the current name MASQUE PRODUCTIONS in the spring of 1972. The New Company was formed and started to produce major West End and Broadway Musicals.

Since MASQUE Productions was established in 1972 it has produced over 70 major Musicals, ranging from the popular 'West Side Story', right up to 'The Witches of Eastwick'

Since the refurbishment of the Palace Theatre, MASQUE Productions have gone from strength to strength and have produced some spectacular shows including Annie, Oliver! and The Wizard of Oz. All of these shows have been produced with full size 'West End' sets and costumes.

With the development of the Theatre, MASQUE have been able to make full use of the technical systems available at the Theatre including the full height fly tower.

It exists to allow local Theatre goers to attend quality productions at a reasonable price, and to allow local talented people the chance to perform in a Professional Theatre.

MASQUE Productions is a self-funding organisation, and works on a 'break even' principle.
